VULCANISATION
- Various mixtures of raw rubber are delivered in coils.
- Rubber is provided with bearing foil; then it is cut into strips of required dimensions.
- The strips are then inserted into vulcanisation jigs.
- Production of loudspeaker rings with the help of rubber vulcanisation takes place in 33 injection moulding machines at a temperature of up to 200 degrees centigrade.
- 100% visual check, together with complex measurement and testing in a two-shift operation, guarantees top quality.
